Comparison
Nyrut vs Holded
Which one suits a freelancer in Spain? It depends on how much software you need.
Holded is a complete business management suite: it does far more than Nyrut, and for a company with a team it's a good choice. Nyrut does less on purpose: invoices, expenses and the quarter, so the deadline doesn't catch you out. Here are the differences, with the figures from their website.
Choose Holded if…
- You have employees, or will soon.
- You want full accounting inside the software, not at your gestor's.
- You need your banks connected and reconciled automatically.
- You sell products and handle stock, a shop or a point of sale.
Choose Nyrut if…
- You bill for your work and what you want is to reach the deadline with the numbers done.
- Your gestor keeps the books, and you just need to send them a tidy quarter.
- You don't want to pay for modules you'll never open, or upgrade to get the 130.
- You like software that does a few things and does them properly.
