Bank reconciliation

Your bank statement at a glance: what you've been paid, ticked off; what you've spent, logged.

Upload the statement

Download your bank transactions as CSV and upload them in Expenses. Nyrut recognises the separator, the date, description and amount columns, and the number format, with commas or dots.

Payments, with their invoice

Each credit is compared with your unpaid invoices. It scores what really identifies a payment: the exact amount, the invoice number in the transfer reference, the client's name, and the payment arriving after the invoice. Clear matches come already ticked.

The doubtful ones, with their candidates

If two invoices fit, say with the same amount, you see both and pick. With AI turned on, it suggests the likely one and says so: “Looks like this one”. But you tick it: nothing is marked paid without your yes.

And debits, as expenses

Negative amounts are proposed as expenses, with their date and description, so you choose which to log. When you tick a payment, the invoice becomes paid with the real date of the credit, and leaves what you're owed.
