Expense inbox

The invoice that arrives by email, forwarded and forgotten. Without even opening the PDF.

An address that's only yours

In Settings you'll find your inbox address: twelve random letters and numbers on Nyrut's domain, impossible to guess. You can change it whenever you like, and the old one stops working straight away.

Forward it and it reads itself

Forward the supplier's invoice there just as it arrived. If it carries a PDF or a photo, the attachment is read; if the invoice is in the body of the email, like many shops' receipts, the text is read. Supplier, tax ID, date, number, subtotal, VAT and category, just like the receipt scanner.

To review until you say yes

The expense shows up in Expenses marked “To review”, with the file attached, and Today tells you there's one waiting. It doesn't count towards your returns until you look at it and click “It's right”. If something's off, you fix it or delete it.

What it doesn't do

  • It logs nothing if the email doesn't carry an invoice: a newsletter or a conversation stays out.
  • It doesn't read logos or signatures: only PDFs and images that look like a document, three per email at most.
  • It never processes the same email twice, and handles at most 30 a day per account.
  • It does nothing without an active trial or subscription.

Your data

The email is received by Resend, our email provider, and its text and attachments are read by Anthropic and OpenAI, our AI providers, which don't use them to train models. Anything you don't forward to the inbox never arrives.
