# Terms

What we agree on when you use Nyrut: what you get, what it costs, how you leave and who is responsible for what. No small print we wouldn't tell you face to face.

If anything here is unclear, write to us before you pay: we'd rather explain it than have you surprised.

- **Trial**: 10 days, no card
- **Price**: VAT included
- **Commitment**: None
- **Your data**: Always yours

## Who provides the service

Nyrut is a service of Nafs Signal, SLU, tax ID B88926027 (“Nyrut”, “we”). You can reach us at h@nafs.one or through the contact form. These terms apply to whoever creates an account and uses the app (you).

## What Nyrut is and isn't

Nyrut is a tool to issue invoices, log expenses and see an estimate of your taxes. The figures for forms 303 and 130, the calculators and what the AI assistant explains are for guidance: they help you get things ready, but they are not tax advice and don't replace your accountant.

You are responsible for what you invoice and declare: for the details on your invoices being correct and for meeting your obligations with the Spanish tax and social security authorities. Always check what the AI reads from a receipt before relying on it.

## Your account

- To create an account you must be of legal age and give accurate details.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account: don't share your access or your terminal login links.
- You may not use Nyrut to issue false invoices, impersonate another person or company, send spam or do anything illegal. If you do, we may suspend the account; in serious cases, without notice.

## Free trial

When you sign up you get 10 days to try everything, with no card. During the trial, emails and AI uses are capped. When it ends, the app becomes read-only: your data stays there and you can view and export it, but you need a paid plan to issue new invoices. Nothing is charged unless you choose one.

## Plans and payment

There is one plan, with three ways to pay: €8 a month, €80 a year or €2 a day. Prices include VAT. Stripe charges you in advance at the start of each period, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, including the daily plan, which is charged every day while it's active.

You get an invoice for every charge. If you enter your tax ID and address at checkout, they appear on it.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days and emails you. If it isn't resolved, the account becomes read-only, just like at the end of the trial, until you update your card.

If we change our prices, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. If you don't like it, cancel before then and you won't pay it.

## Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like from Profile → Manage subscription, without talking to anyone. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then doesn't renew. We don't refund the unused part of a period, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

## Right of withdrawal

If you sign up as a consumer (for personal use, not for your business or profession), you have 14 calendar days from payment to withdraw without giving a reason. Write to us within that period and we'll refund you by the same payment method.

Because you start using the service as soon as you pay, at your request when you sign up, if you withdraw we refund what you paid minus the share for the days you used it.

If you sign up as a freelancer or a company, for your business, this right doesn't apply: that's what the free trial is for.

## Your data

Your invoices, expenses and clients are yours. We keep them to provide the service and nothing else; the privacy policy explains how and where.

You can download a full copy whenever you like, with or without a subscription. If you cancel, your data stays in your account, read-only, in case you come back. If you delete the account, it is deleted.

You must keep the invoices you issue for the period the law requires (in Spain, generally four years, and six for commercial purposes): download your copy before deleting the account.

## Availability and changes to Nyrut

We do our best to keep Nyrut running, but there may be outages for maintenance or because of failures at the providers we rely on. We don't guarantee a specific uptime.

Nyrut changes and improves: we may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important that you pay for, we'll tell you beforehand and, if it no longer works for you, you can cancel and ask us for the pro-rata share of what's left of the period.

## Liability

We're responsible for what depends on us. We aren't responsible for the tax or accounting decisions you make based on Nyrut's estimates, for incorrect data you enter or for failures of third-party services we don't control.

If you sign up as a professional or a company, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. This limit doesn't apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to consumers where the law doesn't allow it.

## If these terms change

If we change them in a way that affects you, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before they take effect; if you keep using Nyrut afterwards, you're taken to accept them.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live. If you sign up as a professional or a company, disputes will be settled by the courts of the registered office of Nafs Signal, SLU. Before it gets that far, write to us: almost everything can be fixed with an email.

## Contact

For any question about these terms, to withdraw or to make a complaint, write to us at h@nafs.one or through [the contact form](https://www.nyrut.com/en/contact).

In force from 16 October 2026. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
