# Close the quarter and send your accountant the package in one click

> No more “can you send me the invoices?”. What your accountant gets, and when.

## The close, in four steps

- Payments: what's still unpaid, to mark as paid or leave as it is.
- Expenses: the uncategorised ones, to tidy up.
- Numbers: the quarter's 303 and 130.
- The package: what reaches your accountant.

## What's in the package

- A CSV of invoices: number, date, client, subtotal, VAT, withholding, total and status.
- Another of expenses: date, supplier, tax ID, description, category, subtotal, VAT and whether it's deductible.
- Every invoice PDF, in a zip.
- An email with the quarter's figures.

## How it gets there

Save your accountant's email once in Settings. The package goes out from Nyrut with everything attached, in one click, and you get a copy. And if you like, it goes out on its own as soon as you finish the close.

## One issuer, one package

If you invoice as more than one issuer (as a freelancer and through a company, say), each closes separately: every tax ID files its own returns.

## When

Nyrut reminds you on Today when the quarter's about to close, with the days left. Ideally send it three to five days ahead. Filing is still your accountant's job.
